Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time do not qualify for a refund.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we can reschedule the shoot to the next available date at no charge. If you prefer to keep the appointment, we can photograph the interiors of the home and return on a later date to shoot the exterior. Inclement weather is defined as: Rain/Sleet/Snow. In the event of a cloudy day, we offer free blue-sky edits to all exterior photos.

In the event of thick fog, drone usage may be limited. We will communicate this with you and discuss a reschedule date for any drone footage.
