What should I do before the shoot?

We recommend having the home in a clean, tidy state. We do not offer any cleaning or staging services, the home is photographed in as-is condition upon photographer arrival.

Do I need to be present for the photoshoot?

That’s completely up to you! If you will not be home, we ask that you leave us clear instructions on any gate codes, lock box codes, key locations, etc so that we can gain access in the timely manner. Homes will be left as we found them - keys placed back in their location, doors locked, lights turned off, etc.

How long does a full photoshoot take?

A standard interior/exterior photo shoot averages between 30 minutes to 45 minutes. If you are booking additional drone or video services, expect an additional 15-30 minutes.

How will I receive my photos?

You will be sent a Dropbox link within 24 hours of the photoshoot to view and download the full-resolution photo files. A Dropbox account is not needed on your end - just click and download!

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

We understand that life happens. We are happy to reschedule if anything comes up - we just ask that you give us a day’s notice in order to properly service our calendar and clients. You can view more about the reschedule/cancellation policy here.

It’s cloudy outside. Will this affect my photos?

Absolutely not! We offer free Blue Sky edits in the event of a cloudy day.
